and the triplets . now to the experts, defense attorney and former homicide detective john buehler. john, i will go to you first. you worked the lacy peterson case . if the police can't find the body and there is a consensus that she is dead, might there be a prosecution? >> i think so. there is several successful prosecution for no body homicides there. is a protocol and that's the way we worked the peterseven case. >> doctor, what do you think if they don't find the body? >> you are correct. i did a second occupancy laci peterson and her unborn body and it was impossible to determine the method of death or place of death. there are several successful

jasal peters is with us . dr. michael stone forensic psychiatrist on the investigation discovery channel. what is the latest? >> we are telling us if they have results from the f.b.i.. they are awaiting forensic results. there is no suspect named at this time. mcdaniel is a person of interest and we'll talk about him. >> she left a key outside of her apartment. doesn't that open up the pool of suspects? >> it does in my opinion. her friends got into her apartment the night the report was made because of the key. when i brewed mcdaniel he was not aware. he said her friends had a key. >> other people know there is a key. >> that's very interesting. you can't blame it on mcdaniel but as an investigator, i think the murderer or

disappearance happened in the building because of where the build was place and dismembered. they couldn't take it out in one time. i think it was someone in the building. what does that tell you about the murderer? >> two things. either it is a serial killer with a particular penchant for brutality or it is somebody who wants to get rid of the body also a serial killer and wants to get rid of the body because it is easier to do it piece meal. i have energy studied 12 serial killers who dismembered and 13 nonserial killer who is dismembered. different ones where they want to get rid of the body. >> there is anger and hatred toward that person. >> that is a configuration.
